The FumeCaddie is a mobile exhaust extractor that safely removes harmful exhaust gases and diesel emissions. This compact, mobile extraction unit is suitable for use in garages, barracks, and workshops.

The FumeCaddie efficiently removes exhaust fumes from any type of vehicle (up to 3.5 L). Thanks to its powerful source extraction, you can be sure your work environment is clean, safe, and healthy.
Connect the included nozzle to the vehicle's exhaust pipe and route the FumeCaddie's exhaust hose outside. The extractor will then safely remove the exhaust fumes.

Your FumeCaddie comes with an exhaust hose and nozzle, so you can get started right away:

  • EH hose : High-quality, hardened 10-meter suction hose, extremely crush-resistant and suitable for temperatures up to 200°C. Resistant to all chemicals in exhaust fumes, flexible, and easy to use. This hose can be cut to the desired length according to your needs, for example, 2 to 3 meters for use on the suction side and the remaining meters for use on the discharge side.
  • REN nozzle : Rubber bell-shaped nozzle for all vehicle types (up to 3.5 L), especially for wide or dual exhaust pipes. It draws in ambient cooling air to lower the exhaust temperature and prevent overheating. It has an additional (closable) opening for a CO probe when measuring emissions. The REN nozzle simply slides over the exhaust pipe. (Not suitable for flush-mounted exhaust pipes; use the Internal Grabber instead.)

Supplied with an energy-efficient fan and handy trolley

The FumeCaddie features a powerful, single-phase FUA-2100 fan (50 Hz), perfect for extracting exhaust gases, volatile organic compounds, and dust. The fan expels the contaminated air through the exhaust hose. Despite its high capacity, the fan is energy-efficient. The fan, exhaust hose, 5 m power cable, and motor starter with thermal protection are mounted on an ergonomic, maneuverable trolley.

The FumeCaddie can be connected to any type of vehicle (with an engine capacity up to 3.5 L) via a nozzle. It is small, easy to move, and protects the engine from overheating during prolonged use. The FumeCaddie is not suitable for use with trucks equipped with EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation).

Is the FumeCaddie ready to use upon delivery?

Almost! Unpack it, cut the hose to the desired length (2 pieces). Connect these hoses and the nozzle, and plug it in. If you cut the hose to size, we recommend a length of 2-3 meters on the intake side. The nozzle is attached to this. The rest of the hose goes on the exhaust side and is led outside.
Do I need any accessories for my FumeCaddie?

Your FumeCaddie is a complete extractor, including an exhaust hose and a universal REN nozzle that fits almost all vehicles.
