About your order

What is the delivery time of my order?

Your purchase will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note: If a product is unexpectedly out of stock or has a longer shipping time, you will be notified by email or phone. You will then be clearly informed of the expected delivery time and, if necessary, receive advice on an alternative product that is available for immediate delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €75 per order. If you buy multiple items at once, you'll pay this amount once.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Whether you can still change your order depends on whether your order has already been shipped.

How will my product be shipped and can I track the shipment?

We'll ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. Once your product has shipped, you'll receive a track & trace number by email so you can track your order.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incomplete?

This will be an absolute exception, as we strive for safe, direct and undamaged shipping from our own warehouse.

About returns

What are the return conditions if I am not satisfied with my product?

Not satisfied with your product? You can return it under the following conditions:

  • Returns can be made within 30 days after delivery.
  • The product must be in original condition.
  • You need an RMA number beforehand. Without one, we cannot process your return.
  • A 15% processing fee will be charged on the sales price.

Always contact our Dutch office first to request an RMA number and return instructions.

What are the shipping costs if I return my product?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning a product.

Where can I return my product?

You can return your product to the Dutch Plymovent office after requesting an RMA number.
Important:

  • Returns can be made within 30 days.
  • Unopened, undamaged original packaging must be returned at your own expense.
  • A 15% processing fee will be charged on the sales price.
  • Without an RMA number the product will not be processed.

What do I do if my product breaks?

Plymovent equipment is specifically designed for use in demanding (industrial) environments. Should anything happen to your product, please contact our colleagues at salesbreda@plymovent.com or +31 76 303 2300. We'll work together to resolve the issue and get your equipment working again quickly.

About the maintenance

What maintenance does my purchase require?

This varies by product. You'll find the most important maintenance information on the product page of your purchase. The manual for your product (also available on the product page) also contains everything you need to know or do regarding maintenance.
Plymovent prioritizes user-friendliness for its customers. Wherever possible, maintenance is performed automatically by your machine's operating system, such as regular and intensive filter cleaning. You'll also receive information about your machine's performance via the app, display, or audible alarm (depending on your product). This ensures optimal protection against air pollution and allows you to focus on your work without worry.
