The MobilePro is a powerful, mobile welding fume extractor with a self-cleaning filter system for professional and intensive use. Ideal for on-site welding, in tight spaces, or in locations where a permanent extraction system isn't feasible.

The unit comes standard with an extraction arm of your choice (KUA or EconomyArm, 2 to 4 meters). This allows you to configure the MobilePro directly to your workplace and application.

Thanks to the integrated RamAir™ pulse amplifier, the filter cartridge automatically cleans itself with compressed air. This maintains consistent suction power, even during intensive applications.

How does the MobilePro work?

The MobilePro is a mobile filter unit with a built-in fan and a self-cleaning filter cassette (type CART-O). The fan draws in contaminated air through the selected extraction arm. The welding fumes are filtered through a cylindrical BiCo polyester filter cassette with a surface area of ​​20 m². During use, the system continuously monitors the pressure difference across the filter. When necessary, the integrated RamAir™ pulse amplifier automatically activates a powerful compressed air pulse. This pulses directly into the filter medium, effectively removing accumulated dust.

The collected dust particles are collected in a lockable 10-litre dust drawer.

Designed for
intensive and professional use

The MobilePro is designed for welders who work daily and for long periods of time. Thanks to the strong BiCo filter media, the filter cartridge retains its mechanical strength, even under
frequent cleaning with compressed air.

The fibers in the filter consist of a core and a sheath with different melting points. This bi-component technology creates a strong bond between the fibers. This keeps the filter structure stable and significantly extends the cartridge's lifespan.

The filter is also washable (for example with Plymovent EFC cleaning agent), which further extends its lifespan.

filter cassettes and is intended for lighter applications.

The MobilePro is designed for intensive and professional use, for example when you use more than one spool of solid welding wire or 7.5 kg of welding electrodes per week.

The main difference is in the filter system:

• The MobileGo has a two-stage filter system with replaceable pre- and HEPA filter cartridge.

• The MobilePro has a self-cleaning BiCo polyester filter cassette with
RamAir™ pulse amplifier.

This means that the extraction capacity of the MobilePro remains constant during intensive use and operating costs are lower in heavy-duty applications.

In addition, the MobilePro has a larger filter surface (20 m²) and a higher extraction capacity, making it more suitable for continuous and heavy welding work.
