The FCC-150 DuraFilter™ traps contaminated dust and welding fume particles on the outside of the filter. The SCS-Diluter is equipped with the RoboClean filter cleaning system, which continuously monitors the pressure difference across the filter. When performance decreases, the filter is automatically cleaned with compressed air bursts from inside the filter. Pre-treating the filter with Surface Plus and Preco-N precoat powder extends its lifespan and improves its efficiency.

When the filter needs replacing, the welding fume generator will alert you. You can then quickly order a new one using the QR code on the filter.
Replacing the two stacked FCC-150 DuraFilters is a precise job. This requires protective clothing (disposable overalls and a dust mask/respirator) because contaminated welding dust is released.
